Our initial intake session includes gathering information about where you are today and where you want to be. We will develop a strategy to reach our goals within 8 to 12 weeks.
15 Minute Phone Call
We will have a free, 15 minute consultation call where we will assess whether I’m the right person for you!
8-12 Week Program
Depending on your goals, we’ll create an 8-12 week program to make your goals a habit.
